1. Out Diameter and Inside Diameter Tolerance / WT Tolerance : ±0.08mm/ or as per production standard, or up to your required. Length Tolerance：-0/+6mm；Straightness:：Max.0.15mm/m；Concentricity: ±0.015mm；
2.Heat Treatment：Bright Annealing/ Annealing and Pickling；Tubes Cleaning: Pickling or Ultrasonic cleaning with independent intellectual property rights to ensure stainless steel exhaust tube inside and outside cleanliness. Surface treatments: In accordance with customer requirements for internal and external polishing and Marking.
3.stainless steel exhaust tube Inspections: Eddy Current testing,Ultrasonic Testing, Hydraulic testing,100% of Out side diameter/ Inside diameter and wall thickness inspections.Surface Roughness：Ra≤0.8μm，Tubes Hardness：HRB（<90HRB).
